Action proposal: Dynamic Island Notification 

### Description

I'm wondering is it possible to add a new feature that allows users to send notifications on Dynamic Islands. For iPhone 15 Pro, there would be notifications on Dynamic Island when toggling focus mode automatically. Is it possible to achieve this? Thanks!
