Picture in picture

Hey guys, do you know how we might get Chrome's "Picture in picture" option to show when right-clicking a video?

Seems like it's a web feature: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Picture-in-Picture_API

So we could add a menu item when right-clicking videos.

Not something I intend to work on, but high-quality pull requests are welcome.
