Allow localisation of the library

I think it would be nice to allow localisation of the library. Electron already provides system locale so this is just a matter of extracting and translating strings.

Would you accept PR on this?

I'm open to adding an option to override the text for some of the strings so users can localize, but I have no interest in managing localizations here.
