Faster whole-line editing

Like most other modern text editors, please make sure that Ctrl+c and Ctrl+x with nothing selected, automatically copies/cuts the whole line. Once you get used to this it hard to live without. It's default behavior in VSCode, Rider, Zed and would be very easy to implement.

Otherwise I'm very impressed by the Fresh editor. I have a feeling this will very quickly become my favorite command line text editor!
