Disable Stepper When Speaker/Company is Given Up

Update the stepper behavior so that if a speaker or company is marked as “given up,” the stepper does not display the navigation arrow and becomes read-only (disabled).

Will coord have an option to override this? If given up is accidental?

@hiperbolt Yes, everyone can edit it on the participant at the speaker/company page.
The goal is simply to remove the arrow if the process reaches the "given up" state (as there are no further steps afterward).

Well noticed! Yes, it should also be disabled for rejected (and any other that does not have more steps, I think it is just these two)
