Local development is rendering errors

While loading the website.

Unhandled Runtime Error
TypeError: __webpack_require__.n is not a function

Steps to Reproduce

1. npm install
2. npm run db:push
3. npm run dev

Expected behavior

The site should load without any errors. There is a dependency conflict issue.

Same error with docker setup and ubuntu terminal. Something is breaking.

You can close this! Changing browser solves the issue.
