The website switches to the blank page if I start "Submit solution" process, confirm transaction and switch to another tab for a while (bug)

Testing Environment:

Windows 10, Google Chrome 73.0.3683.86 (64bit), 15.6", 1920х1080

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Home Page of RFAI
2. Open the details of some request from the list of active requests
3. Press "Submit solution"
4. Paste some link into the "Github Link" field
5. Press "Submit"
6. Confirm the transaction in the opened MetaMask window
7. Wait for a few seconds
8. Switch to another tab
9. Return to the tab with submitting process

EXPECTED RESULT:

Solution has been successfully submitted

ACTUAL RESULT:

User can see only a blank page (even the refresh of the page doesn't help, after it the page just get stucked with infinite loading)

This is a strange behavior, not able to replicate but will work on it to identify the scenarios... I need to check one part is whether blockchain sync is happening during that time... Will look into it @rustam-snet
