Validation of github handle

Currently random github handles are accepted. We only need to allow valid handles

There is already check in place for validating the Git Handle through APIS. If it is valid git handle then only we will allow them to submit the request. There is a minor change now where we validate the git handle only on lost focus of the control rather then on every key press in the respective text box.
