Update Docker Deploy section

This is a small issue, but we are moving to https://quay.io/repository/singularity/docker2singularity, so I want to update the recipe name to be instead of Deploy to Docker Hub, to "Deploy to Quay.io." Sorry Docker Hub, I can't do this lack of token generation with specific permissions anymore! :/
