NanoKVM OLED Screen is dead, ATX Power Indicator not working on v1.0.10, v1.2.3

Just re-flashed the NanoKVM using AXDL successfully using the latest release v1.0.9 then updated to the latest version from the NanoKVM Web UI. There are 2 issues that are not resolved:

1. OLED Screen is completely dead. It is not turning on at all (not even blinking for a brief second after reboot). I no longer see Settings > Device > OLED (Turn off OLED after) - Never, 10, 20 etc. in the Web UI.

2. The ATX power indicator from the Web UI is always gray no matter what. Its not displaying the green indicator for power on however Short Press, Long Press, Reset are working properly. This used to work perfectly before the OLED died.

Please tell me what do you advise me to do in this situation as it is really frustrating. I spent 3-4 hours re-flashing the NanoKVM, taking the setup apart, reassemble everything to make sure everything is plugged in correctly, tried different HDMI and USB-A to USB-C cables but nothing on my end seems to resolve the 2 issues listed above. The issue seems persistent across re-flashing with different versions of the firmware including the latest v1.0.10 and v1.2.3.
