Sipeed NanoKVM-Desk (Pro) missing KVM-B board (ATX power control interface)

I recently purchased the Sipeed NanoKVM-Desk (Pro) from an Amazon reseller and it appears to be missing the KVM-B board (ATX power control interface) mentioned in the Sipeed Wiki: https://wiki.sipeed.com/hardware/en/kvm/NanoKVM_Pro/desk_start.html

Is this part supposed to come in the box? If not, then how can this be obtained? How else is ATX power control possible with the Desk version without this part?

This was honestly the main reason I got this (plus the other useful features). I thought about the ATX version but I don't have any room in my case for it.
