Installing the offline NanoKVM Admin package

My government blocks some foreign CDNs, including CDN sipeed, can I install the "NanoKVM Admin" package offline? For example, via the console, as a package with a system update.

And even better, make it possible to install updates and modules, as in a regular NanoKVM via the web interface.
