NanoKVM OLED Screen is dead

The OLED display worked for two weeks, and today I noticed there's no image on it anymore.
It is not turning on at all (not even blinking for a brief second after reboot).
And the menu item that set the time after which the OLED will turn off has disappeared.
I have NanoKVM-Pro ATX
What should I do?

Could you please SSH into the KVM and run the following command?

i2cdetect -r -y 7

Then share the output here.

Thanks for the info. Could you also help check the following?

cat /proc/lt6911_info/version

ls -l /dev/shm/kvmcomm/ui

This will help us further diagnose the OLED issue.
