Power On state on physical power restore

Hello all,

I've noticed one interesting thing: my MB has "Power On" set as the state on power restore. It means that the server will automatically be turned on as soon as you provide power on power supply. This used to work fine until I've installed Nano KVM and connected all power control jumpers. Now, the server doesn't power automatically after power loss/restore.

Question:

• Did I connected jumper wires in wrong way? (I doubt since all other power features work well)
• OR Is there a way to setup a Power On on Power restore somewhere at Nano KVM?
• OR can we add some kind of "Always on" feature to power management?

Pull 715 does not help with the power and reset signals. The system starts with the GPIO providing a soft pullup. Both signals are active until the OS is loaded. about 10 seconds. Active low to control the optocouplers could have been a better choice.

I've reviewed #715 and it looks like it might help in my case. Will test it as soon as the change arrived to the release drop.
