Directories are always created in the rightmost window

Steps to Reproduce and Observed Behavior

1. Open or create a PK3 archive
2. Open or create a second PK3 at the same time
3. Tab bar should now read "Start Page, 1.pk3, 2.pk3"
4. Drag one of the pk3 tabs to the right side of the screen to open a second window for it
5. Should now be viewing both pk3s at the same time
6. Select "New Directory" in the left window
7. Name the directory accordingly
8. Directory appears in the wrong pk3

Expected Behavior

When I click "New Directory" in the left window's pk3, the directory should be created in the pk3 on the left window, not the right
