Error when importing Hamming

Subject of the issue

With pip+github installation of version 0.3.3, I get a bug when importing Hamming

Your environment

• Python version: 3.11.12 (tested also with 3.12)
• Package Version 0.3.3

Steps to reproduce

mamba create -n new_env python=3.11
mamba activate new_env
mamba install pip
pip install git+https://github.com/sissa-data-science/DADApy

Hi Fede, can you try with from dadapy.hamming import BID, Hamming. See if it fixes the issue.

@fcaretti, your issue is that

1. The package did not allow importing BID, Hamming top-level, but more importantly:
2. There was likely an incompatibility in the numpy version installed in your environment (likely 2.0) and the one required by dadapy (at that time <2.0).

The PR #177 should have addressed these issues. Let us know if that's the case so that we can close this issue. Please download the latest dadapy version to test this.
