fix(ionic_capacitor): rename directory from ionic-capacitor to ionic_capacitor
- Updated directory name to use underscore instead of hyphen - Renamed .gitignore, Dockerfile, build script, and package.json accordingly - Adjusted all paths to reflect new directory naming convention
