Define a non-technical component name

Our styleguide is used by different stakeholders - developers, designers, project managers, ...
It would be nice, if we could define a simple Component-Name, which is used inside the navigation. 
e.g.: component = atoms/buttons/primary -> simple name = Primary button
Maybe such metadata could be defined inside the fixture.json file.
