[Feature Request] Ability to adjust position of loading indicator #12

Feature Specifics
I would like the ability to set the location or at least the padding of the loading icon. Currently it is higher than I would like it to be and in certain cases the icon sits behind the notch.
More Details about Situation
Currently I am using Swift 5.0, building for iOS 13.6. I am using either a List or a ScrollView with a VStack like the previous open issues have suggested. The pull to refresh is functionally correct. This is just a cosmetic feature suggestion.
