SiteMesh 2.7 Final Release

Hi team,

I noticed SiteMesh 2.6.0-M1 and 2.7.0-M1 were both released in May last year. Since then, 2.6.0 has received a final release but 2.7.0 has not - curious whether there was a timeline for this?

I suppose it just go overlooked. We could release one.

I've no issues with the milestone to report (not that I would expect any given it's just a Jakarta import replacement) so would be in favour of promoting it to final release.

@codeconsole Grace framework has been upgraded to 2.7.0-M1, I haven't found any issues after testing, as far as I know, Atlassian's some open source frameworks have also been upgraded to use this version, I think it's time to release the official version.

@codeconsole Any plan to continue developing SiteMesh 2.x? Do you need any help? I just submitted a PR.
