Choose which event category to use

Today I think the trace doesn't care about which categories that are used, so if we use a lot of different trace categories, it's a risk we double count the timings (I think?). Also if we use more trace categories than in browsertime we need to handle the changes that happened in Chrome 70 with which is the main thread.

Let's start by adding more trace logs.
