Implementation Guidelines

Prerequisites

All tasks require:

  • Familiarity with AGENTS.md development standards
  • Understanding of relevant FRDs and ADRs
  • Development environment set up (VS Code, .NET 8, Node 20)

Test Coverage Requirements

  • Minimum Overall Coverage: 85%
  • Business Logic Coverage: 90%
  • Unit Tests: Required for all services and components
  • Integration Tests: Required for all API endpoints and critical flows

Quality Gates

Before marking any task complete:

  • Code builds with zero errors and zero warnings
  • All unit tests pass with ≥85% coverage
  • All integration tests pass
  • Code follows StyleCop (.NET) and ESLint (TypeScript) rules
  • Security scan passes (no vulnerabilities)
  • Code reviewed and approved
  • Documentation updated if needed

Task Dependencies

Tasks must be completed in order within each phase. Dependencies are clearly marked in each task file. Cross-phase dependencies:

  • All frontend tasks depend on corresponding backend tasks
  • All feature tasks depend on scaffolding tasks (001-003)
  • Deployment task (014) depends on all feature tasks
