doesn't work with docopt below 0.4.2 #146
Description
If you run with docopt below 0.4.2 (which is pretty old, i know) you get a Usage print and nothing else, hard to tell what's wrong...
I traced it to using and old docopt library, this requirement should be defined in setup.py
