How to extract the locale.scs

I set this: extractor "D:\steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\locale.scs" --deep
Pressed enter, then it just shutdown with nothing changed.
Any help?

Try this instead:

extractor locale.scs -p=/locale

extractor locale.scs -p=/locale

Then I set this: extractor "D:\steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\locale.scs" -p=/locale
Again pressed enter and shutdown.
The only way I can use the extractor is to drag the scs file onto it... Very strange.
