HTTP::Message::PSGI seems to be missing #4
Description
As part of today's Squashathon a ticket was made for this module.
When trying to run tests, it appears not to be able to find the HTTP::Message::PSGI module. This module also does not appear to be in the ecosystem. So I'm not sure how to proceed now.
