Terminal colors are wrong for ANSI 0 and 15 (swapped) in Light mode

It looks like the ANSI black and white values are intentionally the opposite of what they should be. I use ANSI colors in my terminal with my editor Helix. This breaks when running in a light Xcode theme like Xcode Default Light
