Add Strategy Tool for maximum number of bets per shooter #72
Description
Place a specific bet only X times for the entire shooter's duration. For example, if you wanted to only bet a "Place 6" three times for the shooter, and after three losses you wouldn't bet any more. It could be useful as a new strategy tool down the line, especially to have some sort of maximum possible loss.
See #70 for initial idea.
