Feature: Artboard Background to SVG style Background #63

Hey,
after speaking with @hamishmcneill I post this Idea here for a next iteration of the Plugin.
Idea:
Right now, Sketch exports artboard background color as a separate rectangle shape. Instead, I propose to export the artboards background color as a style in the head specs.
The desired behaviour was working default in Sketch until v49.
You find a Zip attached with two SVGs.
"legacy" shows the artboard color exported as separate rectangle (recent Sketch behaviour). "new" shows the desired behaviour, a SVG with the artboard color exported as style: background-color.
I believe the proposed behaviours leaves you with more room for working with SVGs in CSS.
