svg_image breaks image loading setting

Steps to reproduce
SDC + druxxy + latest drupal

try in some media choose "Eager" loading. As a result - image will have lazy effect still, not eager.
Reason is: https://www.drupal.org/project/svg_image/issues/3257729

Solution: apply patch. Issue created 2.5 ys ago, no reason to wait it fixed
