[Bug] Activity - Your first commit - Step 2 needs to be updated to reflect the latest GUI

Summary

In Step 2, the instruction says: Select the Add file drop-down and click Create new file.
The UI has changed and the add file drop down is no longer visible.

How to reproduce

1. Go to Introduction to Github course
2. Create a new repo
3. Create a new branch
4. Wait 20 seconds and refresh the readme.md file
5. Step 2 asks you to click on a dropdown that does not exist
