Add parameters to log event

Currently skip's Firebase Analytics does not support sending parameters with the log events.

If you want to try out the provisional support for log event parameters in #68, you can switch your skip-firebase Package.swift dependency to use the analytics-improvement branch and let us know if it works for you…

Hi @marcprux , just tested logEvent, events are sent to Firebase Analytics with the parameters, works perfectly fine! Thanks a lot

Fabulous! I'll merge this and cut a new release, and you can go back to using the tagged releases.

Please let us know if you identify any other deficiencies with the package in the future.
