Support Swift 6.2.3

Swift 6.2.3 adds support for @nonexhaustive enums, so I need Swift 6.2.3 to be able to test a few of my packages for Android compatibility:

• swift-dns
• swift-endpoint
• swift-idna

In the meantime, can you use nightly-6.3?

Thank you, optimally I can test against Swift 6.2.3 as well, but using nightly-6.3 unblocks the PR so that's good.

I'm consistently encountering "Timeout waiting for emulator to boot."s in that PR. Is this is a known issue or something?

Looking at the actions log, it looks like the issue is actually that the emulator doesn't have enough free disk space to start up:

  FATAL        | Not enough space to create userdata partition. Available: 6791.23 MB at /home/runner/.android/avd/test.avd, need 7372.80 MB.

I've made a new issue at #11 to track this, since we should be surfacing the error better.
