As a user I would like to discern between pipeline runs as they may use different versions but under the same resource name consecutively. Currently when running in VAI there is no clear way to identify which run belongs to which pipeline version easily.

I would like a way to pass-through custom labels from resources (pipeline, runconfiguration, runschedule) to the run that is created, so these labels can be visible within VAI / Kubeflow.
