BallonState crash if used inside a Dialog

Describe the Bug:

Crash when migrate to BalloonState, only if used inside a Dialog

java.lang.NullPointerException: null cannot be cast to non-null type android.widget.FrameLayout.LayoutParams

Yes, I also noticed if modifier baloon is used in ModalBottomSheet

I have tested 1.7.3, but when we call balloonstate.showAlignStart() it doesn't show anything.
Am I missing something?
