OnlyPosts feed is showing people that I no longer follow

Noticing that if I unfollow someone, they'll still show up in the [OnlyPosts](https://bsky.app/profile/skyfeed.xyz/feed/only-posts) feed: "Posts from people you follow without reposts and replies"

I tried following/unfollowing again, but the behavior persists.
