Test enviroment to upgrade shoelace

Debugging why this text is not read, I've found a reported bug on shoelace tooltips.
In the changelog I see that they have several a11y improvements (and tons of performance and bugs fixes).

What would be the best way to test if upgrading to the last release doesn't break anything?

Meanwhile I'm testing a workaround to "show" to screen readers that tooltip text.

Since shoelace is only used in the browser and pretty easy to do (2533f5d) I don't have a problem with it.

Let me know if you see any breakages or accessibility improvements!

Tested all pages (that I'm aware) and found no breakage with the new shoelace version.
It didn't "magically" fix this given that they have a reported issue about that, but at least we are in sync, and with some unrelated improvements.

Back to debugging / looking for a workaround.
