Episode-level listener² histogram, expressed as a segment resolution (e.g. 1m) and an array of per-resolution percentages of how many listeners listened to that segment
...I suggest one change. Make one-minute segments mandatory. That way, people like me who build dashboards will be able to layer the data from different platforms without too much effort.
Alternatively, the segments could be standardized by percentage. That might be more flexible.

Good point, the 60 second default was meant to be the lowest-resolution, not the highest. An app could provide a higher resolution (30 seconds), but not a lower resolution (120 seconds).

Updated the field name and comments in the spec to make this more clear.
