Initialize with code instead of tag

I am working on an app and trying to optimize it for gtmetrix. Gtmetrix is showing performance issue with google places API which is initialized with ngx-google-places-autocomplete. is there is a way to load the libraries with delay or initialize it only if customer focuses ?
