Typo in README and some general questions

The field is called MemoryGiB, but the description in the README says GB; I'm assuming this is a typo

Also, are there any constraints regarding the string fields? For example, does the Region field need to be specified in a particular format or is something like North Carolina, US OK?

Hello @wemoveon2, yes, it should be GiB ;)

Region names don't have constraints I think, you could try quoting them if they have spaces. It may be better to remove special characters though.
