Link to tasks for user missing after updating to Buddypress 1.6 and Wordpress Admin Bar

In the old Buddypress admin bar there was a link to the tasks for the logged in user, with a count of the number of uncompleted tasks, but now that the BP admin bar has been replaced with the WP admin bar, there is no direct link.  Would it be possible to update the plugin to add such a link again?
