Quill added by JQuery does not apply formatting

I have this code.

This seem to work. I can see the Editor, and the toolbar.
But no matter what I do, the text in the editor can't be formatted. What am i doing wrong?

I need some help, to add a quill editor dynamically to a page using JQuery, without loosing functionality. I searched here Quill Jquery, - but I don't find anything useful
