How do contributions get reviewed?

Just wanted to raise this here in discussions. I opened this issue (and the pr that fixes it) around three months ago. It's a tiny bug, completely reproducible, and it's got a link to the recreation in the quill playground.

It's about a specific case where the clipboard module cancels the cmd/ctrl + c shortcut AND refuses to handle the clipboard.

I guess my question is, how do I get a contribution reviewed? I'm a little surprised this has been ignored so far, but I'm guessing I've missed some obvious step.

Man I had hoped somebody might come in and refute that but... Yikes.

I might have to start migrating our projects off Quill. I'm sad about it, but I gotta do what's best for my users.
