Question about content created in a Quill editor

My team is using the Quill editor for a project, and we have a question about content created in the editor. We only want to make the content available to a select group of users. With that in mind, does Quill log, store, or in any other way have access to the content we create? I'm pretty sure the answer is no, but I couldn't find a definitive answer anywhere online.
