Keep oAuth per user

How would same code looks like, if you want to authorize every user and keep their own tokens?

Instead of using the developer credentials when creating new surveys, end user authentication can be used to authorize individual users following the referenced changes in #28.

When run in a workflow using END_USER, functions receive an access token ID as input that can be used to collect a valid token associated with each individual user. API calls will therefore be tied to each user.
