Connect workflow to quip or asana

I'm looking to gather information from a workflow form and automatically put that input into an asana report or quip spreadsheet automatically in order to have reports ready. Is there any way to do this? the workflow is up and running but the connection with the external app is bugging me, I used to be able to do it on quip.

could you share a bit more about your workflow? in particular, i’m curious which external app you’re connecting your workflow to and how that connection is set up.

you also mentioned the workflow is up and running but the link to the external app is acting up - do you see any errors or anything different from before when it used to work with Quip? any extra details would really help us reproduce and troubleshoot this on our end 🚀

Sure! The idea is that via a form, agents provide information, such ticket links , and this is stored in a database for later review, not sure if using an external app such quip or asana is the way tl go or if there's any other way to pull that through maybe through lists? right now , there's no connection with quip or any app, I'm mainly looking for a way to maneuver the data they give me through csv reports
