Table Block Support

Table blocks have been added to Slack Block Kit https://docs.slack.dev/reference/block-kit/blocks/table-block/. Will this be added to the the java SDK?

• slack-api-model (Slack API Data Models)
• slack-api-*-kotlin-extension (Kotlin Extensions for Slack API Clients)
• slack-app-backend (The primitive layer of Bolt for Java)

Requirements

• Add Table block type to the SDK so it can be sent via the Slack client

For now I might recommend using the blocksAsString method as a workaround 🧱
