Slack apps have not been functioning since the AWS crash.

Description

Since the AWS crash, all apps linked to our organization have stopped working, whether deployed or running locally.
The triggers are launched correctly, the workflow starts, but none of the steps are executed, and the workflow restarts in a loop without generating any errors.

Thank you for your help, as support still has not found a solution after a month, and this is starting to become problematic for our organization.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch the workflow via a button linked to the initial trigger on Slack.
2. Nothing else happens on the Slack side after that.

For the deployed ones, have you tried re-deploying them?

For the local ones, if you try to recreate them as new triggers, does it do anything?

Yes, whether locally or in deployment, I tried to redeploy it, even creating a new app and new triggers, but nothing changed.
