emoji images on the website are now missing

Description

I noticed that some images on the website seem to be missing now. I've not figured out what happens to them but emoji images like https://assets-cdn.github.com/images/icons/emoji/unicode/1f44b.png are no longer available. This is just a quick note. I will post comments when I find something more.

You can confirm it by just accessing https://slack.dev/steno/

Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit https://slack.dev/steno/

Expected result:

Of course, emoji images should be shown.

Actual result:

The page returns 404 for those images.
