Are there plans to upgrade this repo?

Is there any reason this hasn't been upgraded to PureScript 0.13.x or Halogen 5?

Is it abandoned or just higher priority projects need the attention?

It's not being used by SlamData just now, but it's not necessarily abandoned - I'd like to make it work again at some point, but would probably also change some things about how it works. If you want to fix it up and use it as-is I'd accept a PR for that though. 🙂
