Fortunately, AWS announced a new AWS IAM Identity Center (successor to AWS SSO) APIs to manage users and groups at scale

This new AWS API resolved the problems about the limits retrieving Users/Groups' data and also we have a golang SDK to interact with, this way makes easy our life and AWS Golang SDK easy to test

I received this good news in different ways, thanks to issue #82 reporter and the other ones were the issues I reported directly in AWS re:Post
